Eric has extensive experience in handling wide range of banking and finance transactions. He has particular expertise in respect of cross-border project finance. Eric regularly advises clients on all aspects of secured and unsecured loan transactions including bilateral loan, syndicated loan, acquisition financing and shipping financing.

Eric has also undertaken numerous transactions relating to joint venture and acquisition in Hong Kong and PRC. He has represented a number of major Mainland Chinese organizations and enterprises in Hong Kong in matters relating to banking, insurance, securities, real estate investment and shipping.

Eric gives presentations to banks on issues involving cross-border loan, security transaction and matters relating to banking operation.

Prior to joining Messrs. Stevenson, Wong & Co., Eric was a Senior Legal Advisor of the Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited and a banking and commercial practice partner at a Hong Kong law firm.
