Practice Area :
Company/Commercial, Banking & Finance - involving mergers,
acquisitions, public listings both in Hong Kong and overseas,
syndicated loans and financial leasing and matters relating to mainland
China which include real estate project developments, establishment of
foreign investment enterprises and representative offices, supply and
sales contracts, technology transfer, intellectual property rights
protection and enforcement.

Experience:
Hank was admitted to practice as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 1989, in
Singapore in 1995, and in England in 1996. Hank joined the firm in 1997.
Lecturer on PRC Laws in Management Executive Diploma Program organised by Chinese University of Hong Kong (1989-90)
Participant in a Law Conference on Mortgage Laws in Guangzhou leading
up to the promulgation of Guangzhou Measures on the Administration of
Real Estate Mortgage (1990)
Contributor to various law journals in Hong Kong (1992 to present)
