Heidi regularly acts for banks, money lenders, insurance companies, property management companies, listed companies and financial institutions in all sorts of contentious matters. She has extensive experience in asset recovery, mortgage action, receivership, enforcement action and winding-up / bankruptcy petition in Hong Kong. She also assists clients in cross-border dispute resolutions.

Heidi provides legal opinion on Hong Kong law for cases tried in the PRC Courts. She has also acted as an expert witness on Hong Kong law in PRC Court. She represents individuals and corporations faced with investigation and prosecution from law enforcement and regulatory authorities.

Heidi also advises on insolvency and fraud matters. She advises liquidators, receivers and other insolvency practitioners on matters of insolvency law and the legal aspects of issues arising from the management of insolvent estates; advises liquidators on misfeasance investigations; and advises creditors in respect of their rights and claims in an insolvency environment and other estate administrations. She represents banks and enterprises in Hong Kong, the PRC and other parties in respect of fraud cases and management of large scale litigation to recover proceeds of fraud.
