Experience:
Neville was admitted to practice as a solicitor in England in 1979 and
in Hong Kong in 1983. He has practiced continuously in Hong Kong since
his admission here in the field of litigation and dispute resolution.
He joined the firm in 1999.
Neville has represented a wide range of private and corporate clients
in all aspects of commercial litigation and arbitration including
aviation, banking, construction, corporate, employment, insurance,
insolvency, land, personal injury, professional indemnity, trade
finance and trusts.
Neville has acted as legal adviser to disciplinary tribunals appointed by professional bodies.
Neville has represented airlines and their insurers in a variety of
contentious matters and is listed in “Who’s Who of Aviation
Lawyers”.
Neville is additionally qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered
Institute of Arbitrators, Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of
Arbitrators, Notary Public and Civil Celebrant of Marriages.
