Willy was admitted to practice as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 1983 and in Singapore in 1995. He joined the firm in 1987.
Willy has represented a wide range of clients in solving personal
assets and business planning with specialty on Companies and Business
Structuring, Cross-border Commercial Transactions, PRC Investments and
Joint Ventures, Arbitration, Real Property Law and White Collar Crimes.
Willy has acted as legal adviser to Honorary Legal Advisor to the Hong
Kong Federation of Roller Sports Ltd.
Willy is additionally qualified as Notary Public, China Appointed
Attesting Officer. Willy is also member of the Solicitors Disciplinary
Tribunal Panel and member of the Society of China Notarial Officers.
