Man is a legal executive in the firm’s Banking and Finance department. Man focuses on structured mortgage transactions, secured and unsecured lending as well as local and cross-border financing transactions.
Man advises banks and multi-national corporations on structuring mortgage loan transactions, bilateral loan transactions, project finance, including negotiating, registering and enforcing loan and security documentation.
Man started his career with a Chinese bank in 1989. In 1991, he decided to increase his exposure by joining the legal profession. Prior to joining Stevenson, Wong & Co., Man has worked with sizable law firms combining his banking knowledge with his legal skills. He has extensive experience in the mortgage and banking sector and has close business relationships with various major banks in Hong Kong.
