Advising the controlling shareholders of prcyouth.com on the investments from various listed companies in Hong Kong, the total investments made are in the region of US$50 million and the valuation of the website is in the region of US$400 million.

Advising a Guangzhou based PRC subsidiary of China Telecom, being one of the first IT companies in China on a fund-raising exercise in Hong Kong.

Advising a Hong Kong based investment fund in the acquisition of two toll bridge projects in Chongqing city, Sichuan Province and Lanxi City, Zhejiang Province for a total consideration of US$20 million.

Advising a Hong Kong listed company in the acquisition of a stake in the search engine of the PRC renowned 263.com, the valuation of which was US$200 million.

Advising the controlling shareholder of a Guangzhou based advertising company for its disposal of 70% equity interest to Tom.com at a consideration of US$40 million.

Advising a US based investment fund on the establishment of joint venture in Beijing operating a hotel/flight ticket internet booking services, the total investment of which was US$15 million.

Advising the controlling shareholder of a Guangzhou based advertising company for fund-raising exercise and subsequent public flotation in Hong Kong, the market capitalization of which was not less than US$400 million.

Advising the controlling shareholder of a fibre optic cable manufacturing company based in Fuzhou for a fund raising exercise in the sum of US$10 million.
