• Advising the controlling shareholders on the reorganization of a Hong Kong company holding a toll bridge in Jiangxi Province, PRC for the purpose of a fund raising exercise for USD 15 million.  The toll bridge was valued at USD 30 million.

• Advising the controlling shareholder of a water plant in Dongguan, China on the reorganization of its corporate structure for a fund raising exercise. 

• Advising a Hong Kong based investment fund in the acquisition of two toll bridge projects in Chongqing city, Sichuan Province and Lanxi City, Zhejiang Province for a total consideration of USD 20 million.

• Advising an investment consortium in the acquisition of a stake in 3 toll road projects in Wuhan for a total consideration of RMB 80 million.

• Advising the controlling shareholder in a reorganization of an offshore investment vehicle holding a golf-course in Beijing, PRC for the purpose of a fund raising exercise for USD 30 million.  The golf-course and its ancillary club houses development was valued at USD 50 million.

• Advising the controlling shareholder of a Hong Kong incorporated company which indirectly holds a water supply plant to be constructed in Tianjin, China, to transfer 42.5% stake to a wholly-owned subsidiary of a GEM Board listed company.  This transaction involved RMB$ 60 million.
