COMINTEL CORPORATION BHD - Conducting a due diligence exercise on a Hong Kong incorporated company within a group of companies for the purpose of making a submission to the Malaysian Securities Commission in connection with a proposed listing on the Second Board of the Bursa Malaysia Berhad (formerly called the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange). The group of companies was wholly Malaysian owned and the business of the group was principally involved in the information technology and telecommunication industry and was one of the leading solution providers for telecommunication systems in Malaysia.

Acting for a company whose business was principally involved in the oil and gas industry, with offices based in Malaysia. This company was preparing for an Initial Public Offering on the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (formerly called the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange) and we were engaged to assist in the preparation by conducting a legal due diligence exercise on its Hong Kong-based companies and advising on matters in relation to the laws of Hong Kong.

Advising on the reorganization of a PRC incorporated company, which was principally engaged in the dyeing business, for the purpose of listing in Malaysia.
