SW Private – MIP Committee Practice

We have a dedicated team with in-depth and specialised experience in MIP Committee work. To
cater to Hong Kong’s aging population and the increase in rates of dementia and special needs
persons, our MIP Committee Practice assists family members and other applicants to make Part II
Applications to the High Court under the Mental Health Ordinance (Cap. 136) (“MHO”), acting
as Professional Committee for the mentally incapacitated persons and providing advisory work
to MIP Committees.
