\u62c5\u4efb\u9996\u5e2d\u4ef2\u88c1\u5458(\u4e0a\u6392\u4e2d\u95f4)\u3002<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u7531\u6df1\u5733\u56fd\u9645\u4ef2\u88c1\u9662 (<strong>SCIA<\/strong>)\u4e3b\u529e\uff0c\u4e3a\u671f\u4e24\u5929\u7684FDI Moot Shenzhen\u5438\u5f15\u4e8642\u652f\u6765\u81ea\u4e2d\u56fd\u5927\u9646\u3001\u4e2d\u56fd\u9999\u6e2f\u5730\u533a\u53ca\u4e2d\u56fd\u6fb3\u95e8\u5730\u533a\u7684\u9ad8\u6821\u53c2\u8d5b\u3002\u4f5c\u4e3a\u56fd\u9645\u6295\u8d44\u6cd5\u5f8b\u9886\u57df\u7684\u91cd\u78c5\u8d5b\u4e8b\uff0c\u672c\u6b21\u5927\u8d5b\u5171\u83b7\u5f9726\u95f4\u6765\u81ea\u5883\u5185\u5916\u7684\u77e5\u540d\u673a\u6784\u5927\u529b\u652f\u6301\u3001\u5305\u62ec\u8054\u5408\u56fd\u56fd\u9645\u8d38\u6613\u6cd5\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u4e9a\u592a\u533a\u57df\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff08<strong>UNCTRAL \u3001\u56fd\u9645\u5546\u4f1a\u4ef2\u88c1\u9662\uff08<strong>ICC<\/strong>\uff09\u3001\u9999\u6e2f\u5f8b\u653f\u53f8 (<strong>DOJ<\/strong>) \u548c\u9999\u6e2f\u56fd\u9645\u4ef2\u88c1\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff08<strong>HKIAC<\/strong>\uff09\u7b49\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sw-hk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/event-20210804-b.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>FDI Moot Shenzhen \u4ecb\u7ecd<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>FDI Moot\u662f\u7531\u56fd\u9645\u6cd5\u5f8b\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff08<strong>CILS<\/strong>\uff09\u4e3b\u529e\uff0c\u4e3a\u5168\u7403\u4e09\u5927\u6a21\u62df\u4ef2\u88c1\u6cd5\u5ead\u7ade\u8d5b\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u6a21\u62df\u8fd0\u7528ISCID\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u56fd\u9645\u4ef2\u88c1\u673a\u6784\u7684\u89c4\u5219\u548c\u7a0b\u5e8f\u89e3\u51b3\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u4e0e\u4e1c\u9053\u4e3b\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u6295\u8d44\u4e89\u7aef\u3002FDI Moot Shenzhen\u4e3a\u4e2d\u56fd\u533a\u8d44\u683c\u8d5b\u4e8b\uff0c\u80dc\u51fa\u961f\u4f0d\u5c06\u83b7\u5f97\u664b\u7ea7FDI Moot\u5168\u7403\u8d5b\u7684\u5165\u573a\u5238\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u9601\u4e0b\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u67e5\u8be2\u6216\u60f3\u4e86\u89e3\u66f4\u591a\u8be6\u60c5\uff0c\u8bf7\u8054\u7edc\u672c\u6240\u5f90\u51ef\u6021\u5f8b\u5e08
