href=\"http:\/\/wenshu.court.gov.cn\/content\/content?DocID=498d1508-6e7a-4f61-9a54-a7b6012dafaa&#038;KeyWord=2015\">http:\/\/wenshu.court.gov.cn\/content\/content?DocID=498d1508-6e7a-4f61-9a54-a7b6012dafaa&#038;KeyWord=2015<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u4e0e\u88ab\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u8fbe\u6210\u4e00\u534f\u8bae\uff0c\u534f\u8bae\u7ea6\u5b9a\uff1a\u88ab\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u5c06\u4e00\u7f8e\u56fd\u516c\u53f850%\u7684\u80a1\u6743\u8f6c\u8ba9\u7ed9\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u3001\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u652f\u4ed8125000\u7f8e\u5143\u7684\u8f6c\u8ba9\u4ef7\u6b3e\u3002\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u4f9d\u7ea6\u652f\u4ed8\u4e86\u8f6c\u8ba9\u4ef7\u6b3e\u540e\uff0c\u88ab\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u643a\u6b3e\u6f5c\u9003\u3002\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u9042\u5728\u52a0\u5229\u798f\u5c3c\u4e9a\u6cd5\u9662\u63d0\u8d77\u8bc9\u8bbc\u5e76\u7531\u8be5\u9662\u4f5c\u51fa\u5224\u51b3\uff0c\u5224\u4ee4\u88ab\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u8fd4\u8fd8\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba125000\u7f8e\u5143\u53ca\u76f8\u5e94\u5229\u606f\u3002\u56e0\u88ab\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u73b0\u5c45\u6b66\u6c49\u5e02\u5e76\u6709\u53ef\u4f9b\u6267\u884c\u7684\u8d22\u4ea7\uff0c\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u5411\u6b66\u6c49\u4e2d\u9662\u63d0\u8d77\u8bc9\u8bbc\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5728\u5224\u51b3\u6587\u4e66\u4e2d\uff0c\u6b66\u6c49\u4e2d\u9662\u6839\u636e\u4ee5\u4e0b\u51e0\u70b9\u4f5c\u51fa\u88c1\u5b9a\uff1a<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u4e00\u3001\t\u5f62\u5f0f\u8981\u4ef6<br \/>\n\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u5df2\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u8bc1\u660e\u65e0\u8bef\u7684\u7f8e\u56fd\u52a0\u5229\u798f\u5c3c\u4e9a\u6cd5\u9662\u4f5c\u51fa\u7684\u5224\u51b3\u526f\u672c\u53ca\u4e2d\u6587\u8bd1\u672c<\/p>\n<p>\u4e8c\u3001\t\u5b9e\u8d28\u8981\u4ef6<br \/>\n\u6839\u636e\u300a\u4e2d\u534e\u4eba\u6c11\u5171\u548c\u56fd\u6c11\u4e8b\u8bc9\u8bbc\u6cd5\u300b\u7b2c282\u6761\uff0c\u4eba\u6c11\u6cd5\u9662\u5bf9\u7533\u8bf7\u6216\u8005\u8bf7\u6c42\u627f\u8ba4\u548c\u6267\u884c\u7684\u5916\u56fd\u6cd5\u9662\u4f5c\u51fa\u7684\u53d1\u751f\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6548\u529b\u7684\u5224\u51b3\u3001\u88c1\u5b9a\uff0c\u4f9d\u7167\u4e2d\u534e\u4eba\u6c11\u5171\u548c\u56fd\u7f14\u7ed3\u6216\u8005\u53c2\u52a0\u7684\u56fd\u9645\u6761\u7ea6\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u6309\u7167\u4e92\u60e0\u539f\u5219\u8fdb\u884c\u5ba1\u67e5\u540e\uff0c\u8ba4\u4e3a\u4e0d\u8fdd\u53cd\u4e2d\u534e\u4eba\u6c11\u5171\u548c\u56fd\u6cd5\u5f8b\u7684\u57fa\u672c\u539f\u5219\u6216\u8005\u56fd\u5bb6\u4e3b\u6743\u3001\u5b89\u5168\u3001\u793e\u4f1a\u516c\u5171\u5229\u76ca\u7684\uff0c\u88c1\u5b9a\u627f\u8ba4\u5176\u6548\u529b\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u6267\u884c\u7684\uff0c\u53d1\u51fa\u6267\u884c\u4ee4\uff0c\u4f9d\u7167\u672c\u6cd5\u7684\u6709\u5173\u89c4\u5b9a\u6267\u884c\u3002\u8fdd\u53cd\u4e2d\u534e\u4eba\u6c11\u5171\u548c\u56fd\u6cd5\u5f8b\u7684\u57fa\u672c\u539f\u5219\u6216\u8005\u56fd\u5bb6\u4e3b\u6743\u3001\u5b89\u5168\u3001\u793e\u4f1a\u516c\u5171\u5229\u76ca\u7684\uff0c\u4e0d\u4e88\u627f\u8ba4\u548c\u6267\u884c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u53ef\u4ee5\u770b\u51fa\uff0c\u6b66\u6c49\u4e2d\u9662\u7684\u88c1\u5b9a\u4e25\u683c\u9075\u5faa\u4e86\u4e0a\u8ff0\u6cd5\u5f8b\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u5177\u4f53\u800c\u8a00\u4e3a\uff1a<br \/>\n1.\t\u4f18\u5148\u5ba1\u67e5\u662f\u5426\u5b58\u5728\u76f8\u5173\u56fd\u9645\u6761\u7ea6\u3002\u7ecf\u5ba1\u67e5\uff0c\u6211\u56fd\u4e0e\u7f8e\u56fd\u4e4b\u95f4\u5e76\u672a\u7f14\u7ed3\u4e5f\u672a\u5171\u540c\u53c2\u52a0\u76f8\u5173\u627f\u8ba4\u4e0e\u6267\u884c\u6c11\u4e8b\u5224\u51b3\u7684\u56fd\u5bb6\u6761\u7ea6\u3002<br \/>\n2.\t\u82e5\u53cc\u65b9\u672a\u7f14\u7ed3\u4e5f\u672a\u5171\u540c\u53c2\u52a0\u76f8\u5173\u56fd\u9645\u6761\u7ea6\u7684\uff0c\u6cd5\u9662\u5e94\u6839\u636e\u4e92\u60e0\u5173\u7cfb\u539f\u5219\u8fdb\u884c\u5ba1\u67e5\u3002\u5728\u672c\u6848\u4e2d\uff0c\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u63d0\u4ea4\u7684\u8bc1\u636e\u5df2\u8bc1\u5b9e\u7f8e\u56fd\u6709\u627f\u8ba4\u548c\u6267\u884c\u6211\u56fd\u6cd5\u9662\u6c11\u4e8b\u5224\u51b3\u7684\u5148\u4f8b\u5b58\u5728\uff0c\u6cd5\u9662\u9042\u636e\u6b64\u8ba4\u5b9a\u53cc\u65b9\u4e4b\u95f4\u5b58\u5728\u76f8\u4e92\u627f\u8ba4\u548c\u6267\u884c\u6c11\u4e8b\u5224\u51b3\u7684\u4e92\u60e0\u5173\u7cfb\u3002<br
