Corporate Finance Associate
2 years or more PQE with solid experience in handling corporate finance and commercial matters, including IPO, M&A and listed companies compliance matters.
All candidates should:
– have a strong academic and training background;
– have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese);
– be able to work independently with good analytical skills; and
– be able to work under pressure and as a team player.
