Lafferty”), the underwriter of Galaxy Payroll Group Limited (NASDAQ: GLXG) (“Galaxy Payroll”) in its successful listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market on 12 September 2024 (the “Nasdaq Listing”). Galaxy Payroll offered a total of 2,000,000 ordinary shares, priced at US$4.00 per share. The aggregate gross proceeds from the offering was US$8 million.
