Kyle was admitted to practise as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2015. He joined the firm in 2013.
Kyle has advised clients in a wide range of commercial cases including joint venture disputes, shareholders disputes and cross-border proceedings involving mainland China, the US, Europe, British Virgin Islands and the Cayman Islands. Kyle also represented clients in numerous international arbitration cases involving disputes arising from distribution of goods, licensing of patent rights and sale and purchase of ownership of corporate group.
Kyle is also experienced in representing clients in various interlocutory applications such as Mareva injunction, bankers trust order, appointment of receivership, anti-suit injunction and stay of mortgage proceedings. Kyle also provides general advice to banks in respect of account operation, bank mandate and loan recovery.
