Corporate Finance Department – Paralegal(s)
Job nature:
- Assist in preparation of transaction documents, checklists and related materials
- Conduct legal research, verification, proofreading and translation work
- Perform ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in law, business or related disciplines
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
- Willingness and flexibility to travel to Mainland China and overseas
- Prior paralegal or internship experience supporting IPO projects will be a distinct advantage.
- Strong communication skills and a good team player
