Private Client – Paralegal
– Assist in preparation of transaction documents, checklists and related materials
– Conduct legal research, verification, proof reading and translation work
– Perform ad hoc assignments as required
All candidates should:
– Have a strong academic and training background.
– Have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese).
– Be able to work independently with good analytical skills, and
– Be able to work under pressure and as a team player.
