Cornelia was admitted to practise as a solicitor in New Zealand in 1994, in Hong Kong in 1998. She joined the firm in 2001.
Cornelia specialises in corporate finance and has extensive experience in initial public offerings (advising both issuers and sponsors/ underwriters), secondary equity offerings, private equity investments (including pre-IPO investments), broad range of corporate finance transactions and other general corporate and commercial matters. Cornelia is also experienced in handling cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and takeovers of Hong Kong listed companies. In addition, she regularly advises Hong Kong listed companies on general compliance matters as well as company secretarial matters.
Cornelia is a Civil Celebrant of Marriages.
