Karlie was admitted to practise as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2020. She joined the firm in 2018.
Karlie specializes in contentious regulatory and compliance matters as well as commercial litigation. Karlie is experienced in conducting independent regulatory investigations and handling investigations and enforcement actions by regulatory authorities and law enforcement agencies in Hong Kong on a wide range of matters, including market misconduct, bribery and corruption, anti-money laundering and fraud.
Karlie also represents clients in a range of contentious matters including those relating to enforcement of judgments, asset recovery, winding up/ bankruptcy, shareholders’ disputes and employment disputes.
