Dominic is dually qualified to practice law in Hong Kong and New York (USA). He is a solicitor advocate (civil), an HKIAC-accredited tribunal secretary, and a notary public.
He has over 15 years of practical experience in civil litigation and international arbitration. His civil practice covers a wide spectrum, spanning from insolvency, company, financial services/products, debt recovery, enforcement of security interests, to general commercial disputes. He was one of the few solicitors appointed by the High Court in recent years to supervise the execution of an injunction. He also regularly represents clients in financial regulatory, white-collar, and quasi-criminal matters involving the SFC and the HKEX.
