Willy was admitted to practise as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 1983 and in Singapore in 1995. He joined the firm in 1987.
Willy heads the Real Estate Practice in the firm. He specializes in real property law, problem solving in the areas of companies and business structuring, cross-border commercial transactions, commercial and shareholders’ disputes, immigration problems and white collar crime. He has represented a wide range of clients on issues involving personal assets and business planning.
Willy is a Notary Public and China Appointed Attesting Officer. He is also a Civil Celebrant of Marriages.
