Alroy Ng is a senior associate in the corporate finance practice of the firm and is based in Hong Kong.
Alroy has over 10 years experience in the corporate finance field. He focuses his practice on initial public offerings, post-listing and regulatory compliance, contentious shareholder disputes and mergers and acquisitions. Alroy has also represented and advised numerous corporations and individuals (both victims and defendants) in cases involving commercial crime, money laundering, employee fraud and dangerous drugs investigated by the CCB, FIIB, ICAC, NB and regional crime units.
Before joining the legal profession, Alroy worked as an accountant in the audit and advisory departments of two international CPA firms.
