Katy was admitted to practise as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2008. She joined the firm in 2006.
Katy has extensive experience in handling a wide range of civil litigation and international arbitration work. She often represents clients in complex and high-stakes contentious matters, including contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, cross-border litigation and enforcement actions, urgent injunctive relief, and insolvency proceedings. She regularly advises banks and financial services firms on loan recovery, security enforcement, and various legal issues. She also acts for liquidators and receivers in assistance of their investigation and asset recovery work.
