Kelly was admitted to practise as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2023. She joined the firm in the same year.
Kelly advises on immigration, employment and general commercial matters. She also has experience in handling various IP-related cases, including transactional IP, trade mark prosecution, IP enforcement and litigation.
