Xavier was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2023, and joined the firm in July 2025.
Xavier covers a broad range of commercial and corporate finance work, including post-listing compliance, secondary equity offerings, bond offerings, corporate restructurings and initial public offerings. He has also advised on various public and private mergers and acquisitions, and public takeovers of Hong Kong listed companies.
