Angela was admitted to practise as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2020. She joined the firm in 2021.
Angela has been dedicated to providing legal services in the fields of capital market transactions, private equity investment and mergers and acquisitions. Angela has participated in various types of corporate transactions, stock and asset sales (including distressed asset transactions), corporate restructuring and equity fundraising exercises, as well as advising Hong Kong listed companies on listing rules compliance and corporate governance matters. In addition, she has also handled a number of initial public offerings on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, bond offerings and general compliance matters.
