本次培训以监管执法新趋势及最新案例为主题，通过分享与证监会执法相关法律及规定的新发展，解析监管机构近期针对持牌机构、持牌人士及证券从业员采取执法行动的案例，向参训人员提醒了从业员面临的有关风险并强调了合规意识的重要性。

On 13 August 2019, Stevenson, Wong & Co. senior associate Mr. Gordon Tsang and senior manager of commercial and corporate finance department Ms. Rain Huang were invited by Lex Omnibus to give a CPD course with the topic of “Rules and Regulations on IPO” to lawyers and in-house counsel. In the 3 hours course, Mr. Gordon Tsang and Ms. Rain Huang discussed several issues including an overview of companies listed in the past year, requirements and amendments of the listing rules and the arrangements for red chip restructuring.

On 10 August 2019, Stevenson, Wong & Co. partner Mr. Willy Cheng, senior associate Mr. Gordon Tsang and paralegal Mr. Arthur Hung attended the opening ceremony of AllBright Law Offices’ new branch and forum in Changchun.
