Stevenson, Wong & Co. 2016 Spring Dinner

Stevenson, Wong & Co.’s 2016 Spring Dinner took place at The Regal Hong Kong Hotel on 26 February. This year, the theme of the dinner was “Blossom”, envisaging that our firm’s business will continue to flourish and prosper in the coming year of the Monkey.

It was our pleasure to have both Mr. Du Chun, General Manager and Mr. Ares Lee, Research Assistant of China Legal Service (Hong Kong) Limited, honourable guests from AllBright Law Offices, who were led by Mr. Wu Mingde, to celebrate the beginning of the Year of Monkey with our colleagues from both Hong Kong and Guangzhou.

Our Partners, Mr. Willy Cheng, Mr. Hank Lo, Ms. Catherine Por and Mr. Eric Lui together with Mr. Wu Mingde also took the opportunity to express their gratitude to all staff for their endeavor and hard work throughout the year and continue to provide quality legal services to our clients. It was a fun-filled night with delicious Chinese cuisine, singing and dancing performances, interactive games and exciting lucky draws.

On 25 February 2016, our partners Mr. Willy Cheng, Mr. Eric Lui and Ms. Heidi Chui attended the cocktail reception organised by Association of China-Appointed Attesting Officers Limited held at Bank of America Tower. China-Appointed Attesting Officers gathered to celebrate the beginning of the Year of the Monkey and to network with fellow Officers.

On 22 February 2016, our partners Mr. Eric Lui and Ms. Heidi Chui, together with legal executive Mr. Man Wong and financial controller Mr. Dennis Li, attended the cocktail reception organised by China Construction Bank (Asia) held at CCB Tower to celebrate the beginning of the Year of the Monkey. At the cocktail, our attendees exchanged ideas with senior management from various departments of the Bank.

On 22 February 2016, our partners Mr. Eric Lui and Ms. Heidi Chui attended the annual Spring Reception organised by the Law Society of Hong Kong held at Peking Garden Restaurant, Alexandra House, Central. Members of the Law Society gathered to celebrate the Year of the Monkey and to network with fellow members.

Partner of Stevenson, Wong & Co. wins Client Choice award 2016

Our partner Ms. Heidi Chui has been recognised as a Client Choice winner in 2016 for litigation. Ms. Chui is one of the 383 winners across 68 jurisdictions worldwide and was chosen from a pool of more than 2,000 individual client assessments. Winners were honoured at a gala held at One Great George Street in London on 10 February 2016.

Ms. Chui heads our litigation and dispute resolution department. She specialises in commercial litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution, and frequently assists banks, borrowers, insurance companies, property management companies, funds, listed companies and financial institutions in resolving various vexatious problems.
