On 29 August 2018, Stevenson, Wong & Co. Partner Ms. Heidi Chui was invited to attend “Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Financial Forum” at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong. The Forum was organized by The Hong Kong Chinese Enterprises Association, Chinese Banking Association of Hong Kong and Bank of China (Hong Kong). The theme was “Innovation Development and Financial Services Facilitation” and attracted around eight hundred guests.

(中文) 2018年8月20日，史蒂文生黄律师事务所合伙人黄启豪律师及曾浩贤律师出席假重庆万豪JW酒店举办的「第五届重庆律师论坛」。论坛由重庆市律师协会主办，重庆市司法局指导，并得到重庆市环境保护局、重庆市人民政府法制办公室、中新（重庆）战略性互联互通示范项目管理局、中国（重庆）自由贸易试验区办公室、重庆仲裁委员会、重庆市工商业联合会、中国国际贸易促进委员会重庆市委员会、重庆市法学会、重庆市渝中区人民政府及重庆市银行业协会等单位鼎力支持。重庆市律师协会及其区县派出机构的有关负责人，全市律师代表和企业代表逾三百多人参加论坛。

论坛由主办单位各领导致辞掀开序幕，并举行内陆开放高地建设法律服务合作签约仪式。重庆市委常委、市政法委书记刘强、重庆市政府副市长邓恢林及中华全国律师协会副会长欧永良先生为论坛致辞。

论坛以「服务两地两高建设．重庆律师担当作为」为主题，由主论坛和5个分论坛组成。在主旨演讲中，市工商业联合会副主席陈钢建以「民营经济新发展对法律服务的需求」为题作了深入分析。中新项目管理局副巡视员王强回顾总结了中新（重庆）战略性互联互通示范项目取得的重要成果。市商务委员会副主任彭和良就「内陆高地开放建设的创新与实践」作了交流分享。市环保局党组成员、总工程师向霆深入浅出地介绍了建设山清水秀美丽之地、筑牢长江上游重要生态屏障的重要意义。市政府法制办副主任李建勋就加强新时代政府法治建设、营造良好营商环境进行了专业分析。

下午是五大分论坛环节，包括服务内陆开放高地建设分论坛、服务山清水秀美丽之地建设分论坛、服务「三大攻坚战」分论坛、服务民营经济新发展分论坛及服务公共法律服务体系建设分论坛。本所合伙人黄启豪律师在服务内陆开放高地建设分论坛中担任演讲嘉宾之一，发表以「境外投资法律风险防控」为主题的演说。黄律师更于沙龙中与其他嘉宾一同分享律师在建设内陆开放高地中的机遇和挑战。

重庆市律师协会副会长何洪涛对第五届重庆律师论坛作了小结，肯定了本届论坛取得的丰硕成果，并为论坛划上句号。
