SW acted as a legal adviser to Gudou Holdings Limited (08308.HK) (the “Company”) to list on the Growth Enterprise Market of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “Stock Exchange”).

The shares were listed on the Stock Exchange on 9 December 2016. Two hundred and sixty million shares were offered. The final placing price was HK$0.6 per placing share.

The Company is a hot spring hotel operator and a tourism property developer in the PRC, principally engaged in the operation and management of the hot spring resort and hotel facilities at Gudou Hot Spring Resort; and the development and sale of tourism properties located at Gudou Hot Spring Resort. The “Gudou” brand is a well-known hot spring resort in the PRC. Gudou Hot Spring Resort has been accredited as a National Tourist Attraction — Grade AAAA by the National Tourist Attraction Quality Rating Committee since 2005.
