(中文) 2019年6月14日至15日，史蒂文生黄律师事务所合伙人郑炎潘律师、洪玉晖律师、房产部及中国公证部法律行政员熊健豪先生联同高级行政主任卢韵洁女士出席假南京紫金山庄酒店举办「锦天城律师事务所房地产与建设工程专业委员会2019年会暨房地产建筑行业创新发展与项目法律风险管理高峰论坛」。论坛由上海市锦天城律师事务所主办，锦天城房地产与建设工程专业委员会和锦天城南京分所承办，并得到江苏省房地产业协会支持，锦天城各分所代表赴蓉出席是次会议及论坛，为内地及香港律师提供宝贵的交流平台。

本所合伙人郑炎潘律师于房地产与建设工程专业委员会年会中发表「香港房地产及中港律师合作机遇」主题演讲，向参加者介绍近期香港房地产市场概况，并分享本所意见。郑律师更就香港与中国律师之间相互合作的商机分享经验，受到了与会观众的热烈欢迎。

大会邀请了不同领域的嘉宾于第二天的高峰论坛中发言，探讨主题包括「建设工程项目法律风险防范困境及应对」、「走进新时代 实践新发展—-江苏建筑业 的改革和创新发展」、「江苏建造2025和更高水平建筑强省研究与实践」及「工程项目现场核心法律风险管理」，锦天城南京办公室高级合伙人王芳律师则主持圆桌论坛，讨论「破•立：司法解释二对房地产建筑行业的影响及应对之策」。

Stevenson, Wong & Co. partner and head of litigation and dispute resolution department Ms. Heidi Chui was invited to attend and speak on the C5’s 5th Edition Fraud, Asset Tracing & Recovery Asia Conference on 10 June 2019. Featuring a great mix of jurisdictions and topics, the conference was well received and attracted attendees from all around the globe.

At the start of the conference, Mr. Abraham Vergis from Singapore gave the opening remarks. Then The Honourable Mr. Justice Kevin Paul Zervos, Justice of Appeal of the Court of the Appeal of the High Court of Hong Kong, attended an interview by Mr. Benjamin Borsodi from Switzerland, sharing with the audience his view on fraud, asset tracing and recovery.

Our Ms. Chui was the guest speaker in the session on “Fraud and Corruption Asset Forfeiture Globally and Across Key Asia-Pacific Jurisdictions. Enforcing Court Orders” together with other panellists including Mr. Lim Chee Wee from Malaysia, Mr. Andy Liao from Mainland China, and Ms. Lim Wei Lee from Singapore. During the session, Ms. Chui shared with the audience her global asset tracing, recovery and judgment enforcement strategy and received warm welcome from the floor.

On 6 June 2019, Stevenson, Wong & Co. (“SW”) senior associate Mr. Gordon Tsang and paralegal Mr. Arthur Hung attended the Hong Kong IPO & STO Global Cooperation Forum at Hong Kong’s Cyberport. SW senior associate Mr. Gordon Tsang was invited to deliver a speech on the topic of “Hong Kong Listing and Relevant Legal Services”. He discussed several issues including an overview of companies listed in the past year, requirements and amendments of the listing rules and the arrangements for red chip restructuring.

On 31 May 2019, Stevenson, Wong & Co. (“SW”) partner Mr. Rodney Teoh and associate Mr. Kristopher Wong were invited to give a presentation to the Investment Banking Department of Guosen Securities (HK) Capital Company Limited.

Mr. Teoh and Mr. Wong gave a presentation on the topic of “IPO – Needs and New Opportunities of Corporate Finance”. In the context of PRC business coming to Hong Kong for listing, they had analysed the practical issues that the parties would face in the process of Hong Kong IPO and listing, such as the requisite listing requirements, as well as preparations and key points in the process of Hong Kong listing. Mr. Teoh and Mr. Wong had conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions with participants on relevant topics, and the training is well received by the participants.

Mr. Teoh specialized in a broad range of commercial and corporate finance work. He is a “Leading Lawyer” in capital markets and corporate and M&A in 2018 as awarded by Asialaw Profiles. He is also nominated for “Young Lawyer of the Year” in the Asian Legal Business Hong Kong Law Awards 2017.
