The award presentation was part of the annual P.C.L.L. Opening ceremony at The University of Hong Kong which was attended by Professor Michael Hor, Dean of the Faculty of Law; Ms. Melissa Pang, Vice-President of The Law Society of Hong Kong; Mr. Paul Lam, Chairman of Hong Kong Bar Association and Mr. Wilson Chow, Head of Department of Professional Legal Education.
