Mr. Cheng heads the Property Practice in the firm. He specializes in real property law, problem solving in the areas of companies and business structuring, cross-border commercial transactions, commercial and shareholders’ disputes, immigration problems and white collar crime. He has represented a wide range of clients on issues involving personal assets and business planning. He is also a Notary Public and China Appointed Attesting Officer.
