On 1 April 2019, delegates from Hainan Lawyers Association paid a friendly visit to Stevenson, Wong & Co. (“SW”) and met with partners Mr. Willy Cheng, Ms. Heidi Chui, Ms. Milly Hung and senior associate Mr. Samson Wong. SW partner Mr. Willy Cheng gave an introduction of SW’s history and services and then delegates and SW personnel engaged in an in-depth exchange of views so as to develop further co-operation.

On 31 March 2019, our Partner Ms. Heidi Chui and colleagues participated in the 13th “旭茉JESSICA Run” organized by 《旭茉JESSICA》, a magazine of our client South China Group, and “JESSICA Charitable Foundation” at the Peak.

As part of our corporate social responsibility programme, we are committed to making a positive social impact to give back to the community. Stevenson, Wong & Co. fully supported this meaningful charity run event and participated in the 3.5KM Corporate Team Challenge.

On 30 March 2019, the football teams of Stevenson, Wong & Co. and AllBright’s Shenzhen Office held a joint-team training session in Shenzhen, in preparation for the 4th AllBright Law Offices Football Tournament which will take place in Qingdao later this year.


Shenzhen Water Group’s football team were invited to play a friendly game, the teams were evenly matched during an intense two-hour long period.




Shenzhen AllBright hosted a dinner for both teams where friendships were further strengthened.

Stevenson, Wong & Co. is delighted to announce that our Partner Ms. Heidi Chui has been appointed by as the Members of the Appeal Panel (Housing) with effect from 1 April 2019 for a term of two years.

The Appeal Panel (Housing) is an independent statutory body established under section 7A of the Housing Ordinance (Cap. 283) to determine appeals lodged against the termination of lease agreements between the Hong Kong Housing Authority (HA) and its tenants.
Ms. Heidi Chui is an Arbitrator, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (U.K.) and Accredited General Mediator with both the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre and the Law Society of Hong Kong. She is also a member of the Arbitration Committee of The Law Society of Hong Kong and a China Appointed Attesting Officer. She has been appointed as an Expert on the professional Committee on Real Estate Arbitration of China Academy of Arbitration Law, a Practising Solicitor Member of the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal Panel and a member of Disciplinary Panel A of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Lay Assessor of the Medical Council of Hong Kong, Panel Adviser to the Film Censorship Authority, Adjudicator of the Immigration Tribunal and Chairman of Appeal Tribunal Panel (Buildings).
