During the webinar, Dominic shared the key takeaway points for cross-border verification and the common types of disputes. He explained the different roles and duties of a Notary Public and China Attesting Officer, common notarial tasks, and examples of legalisation of documentation. He also discussed the common types of disputes involving breach of restrictive covenants, shareholder disputes and investment/ acquisition of business.
