On 13 August 2019, Stevenson, Wong & Co. senior associate Mr. Gordon Tsang and senior manager of commercial and corporate finance department Ms. Rain Huang were invited by Lex Omnibus to give a CPD course with the topic of “Rules and Regulations on IPO” to lawyers and in-house counsel. In the 3 hours course, Mr. Gordon Tsang and Ms. Rain Huang discussed several issues including an overview of companies listed in the past year, requirements and amendments of the listing rules and the arrangements for red chip restructuring.
