Between 4 and 7 February 2026, Partners Willy Cheng and Lai Lam represented the firm at the Interlaw Asia Pacific Regional Meeting in Sydney. • Exemptions from UBO Disclosure: A deep dive into the exemptions under Part XV, helping investment managers understand situations where the ultimate beneficial owner (UBO) does not need to be disclosed.
