此次战略合作协议的签约仪式于10月11日上午在锦天城（重庆）合伙人会议室隆重举行。重庆市司法局党委委员、政治部主任、市律师行业党委书记李友生，重庆市司法局律师工作处处长、市律师行业党委副书记高弘倞，江北区司法局党委书记、局长汪洁应邀出席仪式。

此外，本所高级合伙人劳恒晃律师和合伙人曾浩贤律师；锦天城（重庆）党委书记、高级合伙人方海平律师，管委会召集人、高级合伙人党争胜律师，管委会成员、高级合伙人刘婵娟律师，高级合伙人王中良律师、谢俊峰律师、詹望律师，合伙人李国意律师、沈根律师、杨曦律师、雷雨律师和魏正山律师等出席了仪式。本次签约仪式由党委书记、高级合伙人方海平主持。

在签约仪式上，江北区司法局党委书记、局长汪洁发表了致辞。汪局长对两所的战略合作表示热烈祝贺，并指出，涉外法治建设是党中央提出的重要任务，重庆市司法局积极推动《内地律师事务所与香港特别行政区和澳门特别行政区律师事务所在重庆市开展合伙联营工作的实施办法》，为涉外法律服务搭建了坚实的平台。此次合作标志着江北区律师行业发展的新机遇，必将为渝港人民和企业提供优质的法律服务。

在全体与会人员的共同见证下，劳恒晃律师与党争胜律师正式签署了战略合作协议。这份协议的签订，不仅为双方未来的合作奠定了坚实基础，也标志着双方在推进法律服务国际化、专业化、品牌化进程中迈出了崭新步伐。

劳律师在讲话中展望了未来的合作蓝图，强调双方将依托各自的资源优势，共同推动法律服务行业的创新与发展。党律师回顾了两所的过往合作经历，称赞史蒂文生黄律师事务所卓越的声誉，表示此次战略合作是双方优势互补的良机。

最后，重庆市司法局党委委员李友生在总结讲话中对双方的合作表示祝贺，并提出三点期望：一是积极推动合作成果的落实；二是把握新机遇，深化合作细节；三是巩固合作成果，提升涉外法律服务的质量。

展望未来，双方将建立常态化的交流机制，定期举办业务研讨会与培训活动，促进两地律师之间的沟通与协作。同时，双方还将共同探索创新的法律服务模式，为客户提供更加个性化的服务方案，助力渝港地区打造更高水平的法治化营商环境。
